EARLY INTERVENTION
Expressive and Receptive Language
We strive to promote a fun and active environment for children, ages 12 months to 3 years, to develop expressive and receptive language skills. We provide children and families with strategies to support all modes of communication.
SCHOOL AGE
Articulation, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Expressive and Receptive Language, Fluency, Pragmatics
We provide services to children, ages 3-22 years old, to address delays and disorders effecting the child's ability to communicate, including intelligibility, stuttering, social skills, reading and writing, and AAC devices. We develop therapy strategies based on the child's strengths and needs through games and structured activities.


ADULT & GERIATRIC
Aphasia, Apraxia, Cognition, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, Fluency, Voice
Together with clients and families, we create functional goals to support participation in the community and in activities of daily living. We create strategies that are accessible and based on the individual's strengths and needs, targeting intelligibility, voice, stuttering, swallow, comprehension, and communication.
ABOUT US
Jaclyn received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at the University of Wisconsin, then completed her master's degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, elementary and high schools, and early intervention. Jaclyn is a board-certified Speech Pathologist and provides an array of comprehensive services and procedures within her field. She strives to support growth in each individual through play and creativity. Jaclyn is PROMPT trained.

Areas of focus include: Social Thinking, fluency, PECS and AAC devices, early intervention and Autism Spectrum Disorders.


Shiri received her bachelor's degree at the University of California, Davis, in Sociology, with a minor in Education. She completed her master's degree at The College of Saint Rose in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Shiri is board certified in Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience working in the outpatient setting with early intervention, school age, adults and geriatric, targeting memory, intelligibility, communication, voice, and fluency. Shiri brings a holistic approach to her practice in order to find comfortable and effective solutions for clients and families.
